Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on different job portals.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires, particularly preparation and facilitation of Job Offers, Contract Signing, and Orientation
  • Responsible for creating a positive recruitment experience for all applicants
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Act as an ambassador and promote the company’s culture and values to prospective employees and others
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Requirements:

  • With at least 3 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
  • A graduate in BS in Psychology, Human Resources Management, IT or equivalent
  • Must have extensive experience in conducting technical and behavioral interviews
  • Must have strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially for “hard to fill” positions
  • Adept in using various recruitment and communication tools and technologies
  • Has technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and resume database management is a plus
  • Understanding of other HR Practices and labor legislation is a plus
