Responsibilities:
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on different job portals.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Responsible for onboarding new hires, particularly preparation and facilitation of Job Offers, Contract Signing, and Orientation
- Responsible for creating a positive recruitment experience for all applicants
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Act as an ambassador and promote the company’s culture and values to prospective employees and others
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Requirements:
- With at least 3 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
- A graduate in BS in Psychology, Human Resources Management, IT or equivalent
- Must have extensive experience in conducting technical and behavioral interviews
- Must have strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially for “hard to fill” positions
- Adept in using various recruitment and communication tools and technologies
- Has technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and resume database management is a plus
- Understanding of other HR Practices and labor legislation is a plus
