Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is calling all interested individual for a free Contact Center Services (CCS) NCII Training which will be provided by ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) in partnership with Asian Tech Hub Academy Inc.

The Contact Center Services (CCS) NCII Training is a 144 hours face-to-face training to be conducted at Tech4Ed Center – Batangas City, those who will complete the training will receive TESDA NC II Certification of DICT Region 4A.
Training will start this coming February with LIMITED SLOTS only.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– At least 18 years old and above
– Currently residing in Batangas City or nearby towns
– High school graduate, ALS graduate, Senior High graduate, College graduate, and College Undergrads are welcome to apply
– Willing to work in the Call Center Industry
