Two ways. The first way to post a job is by filling out our one page job posting form. If you've posted a job online before, this form should be familiar. The second way to post a job would be to submit jobs in bulk. This method is recommended if you have hundreds or thousands of jobs you would like to post.

How long will my job posting run?

What options do I have for managing job applicant responses/resumes?

When you post a job, you will have 2 different options for managing job applicant responses/resumes for that specific job:

1. Choose to use your TechJobs account so that all the resumes/cover letters will be directed to and stored within your TechJobs account. An email notification will be sent to you when someone applies to a job.

2. Choose to have job seekers directed to an external URL, a useful option if you have an online applicant tracking system.

How do I upload my company logo?

Log into your TechJobs employer account. From the Employer drop down menu, click on the Edit My Profile link. Locate the 'Upload Company Logo' field, browse for the logo file you wish to upload, click upload, then click 'Edit My Profile' at the bottom to save. You may also email your logo to support@techjobs.ph and we'll upload it for you.

Can I edit my job once it's been posted?

Yes. Log in then go to My Account. Within the 'listed jobs' section, click on the 'Edit' link next to the job you wish to edit.

Can I redirect job applicants to my own website?

Yes. Within the 'Manage Applicants' drop down of the job posting form, choose the option 'Use your website'. Then enter the website address within the URL box that you want your job applicants directed to. Using the same steps as above, you may also point job applicants to an email address.

How do I see who's applied to my job postings?

If you elected to use your TechJobs account to manage your job applicants, then you will be able to view the job applicant resumes by clicking the 'View Stats' link next to the job posting. You can view all of your job postings by navigating to the My Account page or the Manage My Jobs page.

On the Job Stats page, none of the columns in the table have values: Username, Name, Location, Experience. Are these meant to be blank?

In some cases, yes, those fields will be blank. The reason being is that we don't force jobseekers to register or create a TechJobs account in order to apply for a job. If an unregistered jobseeker applies to your job, those fields will be blank. If a registered jobseeker applies to your job, those fields will be populated.

What is the 'Suspend' feature?

At any time during the 60 day job posting period, you are allowed to temporarily 'suspend' your job posting making it no longer searchable for job seekers. Our 'suspend' function stops the 60 day job posting clock from ticking. This is a very useful feature if you've received several resumes and want to put the posting on hold while you review your job applicants. Once you are ready for your job posting to be searchable again, simply click the 'activate' link next to the suspended job.

I forgot my login information. How do I retrieve my login/password?

Click Here and enter either your username or email address. Your login information including your password will be emailed to you.

How do I change my password?

Log into your TechJobs account. Click the Edit My Profile link from the navigation menu and type in a new password in the password field, confirm it, then click 'Edit' at the bottom of the page.
