The company now a day’s has the HR functions to allocate the human resources to different alignment of jobs as manpower to deploy in different work places. Manpower is bit congruent to human resource development and a continuing process that indulged in forecasting of the organization present situation and daunting the future requirements. To understand the   meaning, manpower development focuses on such concerns and issues as where the organization is ready to compensate the different levels of employee’s with various credentials and the depleting of age whose aim is to get their retirement pay and implement OD (Organizational Development).

The organizational development or OD must engage in different departments to seek and optimize the organization’s human resource and addressed the problem in technical trainings and education. It needs to address the extensive medium of knowledge to understand the basic principles of employees and the organization functions, spectrum from enhancing technical skills to creative thinking and managerial perspective. The organization is comprised of high level of groups and departments with attributes to deliver the best of services to its manpower.

In human resource training the word “development” is the total product of an individual learning in technical education or in the organization where he able to share his services. The effective trainings from the Technical education program create a big impact to the organization. With the impact it has a collective growth to the organization performance. It needs unison of targets and goals before achieving the apex of success, the human resource needs a collective formula and strategies to enhance the implementation of its resources, in order to give the utmost performance and exemplar benefits and tenure of service to its employee. The growth of the profits in the index of production is the euphoria of the technical jobs arena if they could receive extra perks and substantial and friendly work policy.

The organization is a large scale group of workers and the high ups(CEO,Managers,Presidents,CIO) that control the flow, especially the direction of the operations level of the company. It is important to know that manpower is the battery of the organizations, if it is a well trained and oiled manpower then there is the possibility that they can received rewards or merits because of there performances at the same time profits and productivity to the organization. The productivity or production management depends to the performance of the manpower; they are the prime movers of the organization. Most of the organizations in different wall of business avenue are sending there people for training and seminars. This is one of the extended goal of the organization to give quality innovations and production to their organization.

Technical jobs will expand more in the future in terms of social development and economic growth. It needs substantial direction to guide the state of government to promote manpower development, yes there are training programs, but in this country (Philippines) practice of mediocrity is rampant, the support is not consistent because of corruption. Let’s keep our finger cross and help the country, with new leaders. It needs time to follow the foot steps of neighboring Asian countries who are extremely tight to their mission and vision in improving their country by giving concerns to manpower development and Technical Education and Trainings. Organizations in different platforms are powered by technical skills of their people.
