Techjobs.ph is the first job site that is focused on addressing the employment needs of ICT-BPO industry. It is an online recruitment service with cutting edge features that make job application smart and easy, coupled with job matching tools that make online recruitment effective and cost saving. We are geared towards easy and simple (online) job posting and (online) job application processes.

Free resume database access. Many job sites charge a premium to search their resume database.
When you register as an employer, you also gain unlimited access to the resume
database for FREE. You can search resumes by keyword(s), city/state, job category, salary type, experience level,
and education level.
Quick and easy to use. Posting a job on TechJobs is an easy process and can be done by filling out our simple, one-page
job posting form. If you have hundreds or thousands of jobs to post, we can
also accept an CSV-formatted jobs.
Free employer profile. Create a free, one-page employer profile with detailed phpany information, including:
• phpany overview
• Current job openings
• phpany location and contact information
• phpany's LinkedIn Profile
• Corporate logo
Less is more. Let's face it, finding the right job candidates can be a difficult process. We believe that less is more, so we've kept our site exclusive for the ICT industry. A job site shouldn't be difficult to use that's why we masde TechJobs simple and easy-to-use, yet packed with the most relevant features.
Automatic job syndication. Your job postings are automatically syndicated to other sites and search engines, such as Indeed, Oodle, SimplyHired, Google Base, Facebook and Twitter.
Job posting options. When you post a job, you can specify which category your job is within, whether it's a permanent
or contract position, choose experience and educational requirements, list salary information, travel requirements, and more.
Multiple ways of managing your applicants. Choose from 3 different ways to manage your job applicants:
1. Choose to use your TechJobs account so that all the resumes/cover letters will be directed to and stored
within your TechJobs account. An email notification will be sent to you when someone applies to a job.
2. Choose to have job seekers directed to an external URL, a useful option if you have an online
applicant tracking system.
Manage your job postings. View a detailed list of your job postings with the ability to quickly edit, renew, or delete them at any time. Additionally, you may suspend a job posting to temporarily stop the 30 Day clock and then activate it again when you're
ready.
View resumes and job posting stats. View who has applied to your jobs and sort your applicants by date applied,
name, location, experience, etc. Easily view, save, or delete resumes/cover letters for each of your jobs and review your job posting stats to see how many times the job posting has been viewed and how many times it has been applied to.
