Apply for a job instantly! - Ability for job seekers to apply for a job without signing in.
TechJobs is viral - Every time a new job is posted TechJobs' Twitter account and Facebook Fan page will be updated with the job title and a link to a job.
Resume Agent. Employers can get e-mail alerts of newly registered job seekers based on keywords, location, experience, education, etc.
Mass apply for a job. Technicians can now apply for multiple jobs. Many job seekers apply to dozens of job openings at the same time while browsing TechJobs. Resume Wizard! - this tool helps job seekers create a resume step-by-step. A job seeker answers a series of questions that are then displayed in resume format with a custom web address for the resume.
Bulk Job Posting! - Allows employers and site owners to upload job openings in bulk. Employers can choose to upload jobs in bulk using comma, pipe, colon, semicolon, and tab delimited files. Works great with a spreadsheet editor like MS Excel! This reduces job posting time significantly without forcing employers to go through the (manual) step-by-step process each time.
